Full Registration

The FULL registration fee includes the following (unless otherwise noted):-
  • Attendance at both conference days
  • AM/PM teas and coffees
  • Conference Lunches
  • Conference bag or folder
  • A copy of the programme
  • Publication of one paper in the conference proceedings (subject to complying with format, length, etc., restrictions)
  • One ticket for the conference banquet
  • Silver Membership of KES International for one year from the date of the event
Full Registration Fees:-

Early Rate (before 2 March 2015)
  • 345 GB Pounds for KES Silver members & IKT Members
  • 395 GB Pounds for KES Bronze/Non-members & IKT Non-members
Late Rate (after 2 March 2015)
  • 395 GB Pounds for KES Silver members & IKT Members
  • 445 GB Pounds for KES Bronze/Non-members & IKT Non-members
 * IKT Members must be paid-up members and will need to supply their membership number on request.

Student Registration

Student Registration is available to those providing a letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming that they are a student on a programme of research.

Please REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE and after this send a scanned copy of this letter to registration@innovationkt.org

Student registration places are limited in number. After these place are taken students must register at the Full rate.

The student registration fee includes the following:-
  • Attendance at the conference on both daysAM/PM teas and coffees
  • Lunch
  • Conference bag or folder
  • A copy of the programme / conference digest
  • Publication of one paper in the conference proceedings (subject to complying with format, length, etc., restrictions)
  • One ticket for the conference banquet
  • Silver Membership of KES International for one year from the date of the event
Student Registration Fees:-

Early Rate (before 2 March 2015)
  • 250 GB Pounds for KES Silver members & IKT Members.
  • 295 GB Pounds for KES Bronze/Non-members & IKT Non-members.
Late Rate (after 2 March 2015)
  • 300 GB Pounds for KES Silver members & IKT Members.
  • 345 GB Pounds for KES Bronze/Non-members & IKT Non-members.

Accompanying Person Registration

An "Accompanying Person" is someone who accompanies a full delegate but takes no part in the conference. An example is the wife or husband of an author. The following conditions apply:-

  • An accompanying person must register with a Full or Student delegate (ie they may not attend the symposium alone).
  • The Accompanying Person registration provides morning and afternoon teas/coffees, and lunch each day.
  • It does not permit entry to any conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings. No part can be taken in the conference.
  • A co-author of a paper cannot under any circumstances register as an accompanying person.

Note: A ticket for the conference dinner is not included for accompanying persons, who may purchase this as an additional item if they wish.

The Accompanying Person Registration fee is 100 GB Pounds

KES Silver membership

You are a KES Silver member, and qualify for the reduced rate, if you registered for and attended any KES event in the past year.
